 | Product details Rosemary Garlic Chicken
11 Inch / 28 Centimeter Skillet and Cover Ingredients: - 6 large split bone-in chicken breasts
- 40 large cloves garlic, unpeeled (about 4 heads)
- 1 cups dry white wine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme (about 2 sprigs)
- 1 6" sprig fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 12 slices, Italian bread, toasted
Preparation: - Preheat skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken, meaty side down, and brown uncovered for 5 to 8 minutes. Chicken will stick at first but will release as it browns. Turn, cover and cook for an additional 5 to 8 minutes.
- Remove chicken from skillet. Sprinkle rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper on all sides of chicken.
- Add cloves of garlic to skillet, stirring for 3 to 5 minutes. Spread cloves in a single layer and place chicken on top of garlic in the skillet.
- Add wine and cover. Cook over low heat 5-8 minutes or until done. Chicken is done when juices run clear.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Remove chicken pieces to platter or serve directly from skillet.
- When the garlic is squeezed out of its natural wrapper it spreads like butter. Serve with toasted Italian bread.Wash and core peppers; set aside to drain.

| Skillet Meatloaf Italiano
11 Inch / 28 Centimeter Skillet and Cover Ingredients: - 1/2 pound / 227 grams lean ground Pork
- 1 1/2 pound / 227 grams lean ground sirloin
- 1 cups Italian flavored bread crumbs
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- cup onion, chopped
- cup sweet bell pepper, chopped
- cup egg-substitute or 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- teaspoon season salt
- teaspoon pepper
Topping - 3/4 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Preparation: - Combine all of the above ingredients in a large bowl, except the topping. Firmly press mixture in 11 Inch / 28 Centimeter Skillet. Cover, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low, cook 25 to 30 minutes more or until meatloaf reaches 170F / 77C.
- Drain skillet juices. Pour tomato sauce topping on top of meatloaf. Heat on low (covered) for 5 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and let stand for an additional 3 minutes.
