Handles and Customer Service Issues
If you need to return your pan for warranty replacement, please follow these instructions:
Write your name, address, telephone number and a brief description of your problem (ex: bubble in pot) on a piece of paper and tape to the inside of your pan. Be sure to do the same to your lid. You want to include your lid as the configurations of the pans have changed over the years and if the factory must replace your pan, your old lid may not fit the new pan. The factory will only replace what you send to them. If your cookware can be repaired, both pieces will be returned to you. Package your cookware in a box and send to the factory at the following address:

You may purchase new handles by using the following link to. You can either print a handle form to mail back to the factory or order your handles directly online. (You can also download handle order forms in the "DOCUMENTS" section of this webpage.) The online order page will show pictures and descriptions of each handle by clicking on the handle number.:
